Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes client business data, campaign performance data, and Webfluence's methodologies and pricing. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the engagement for 2 years.
While Webfluence applies best-in-class strategies and works diligently toward agreed targets, we do not guarantee specific results such as particular search rankings, lead volumes, or revenue figures. Digital marketing outcomes depend on factors including market conditions, competition, platform algorithm changes, and client-side factors outside our control.
Case studies and performance metrics shared on our website reflect past results and are not guarantees of future performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webfluence's total liability to any client shall not exceed the fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice, unless a different notice period is specified in the Service Agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Webfluence will provide a handover of all client-owned assets within 14 days of termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
